this is true because if tou take care of yourself the things around you will come or turn easy . like when you study thats taking care of yourself so the quiz will fall easy.if you choose to smoke or deink the things around you will not fall into place you have to find the places and it can be hard sometimes.for example quit smokeing thats the kind of things you have to put in place and it can be hard sometimes.
