this is very true because if your goals are bad then in short words you go for the bad 

if you goals are some thing positive then that makes you a better person in life . 

i also think that this means to choose whats right and not whats wrong.

because if you choose whats right you will have a bright future ahead of you and if you choose whats wtrong you wont have a good future
